Versions of FGR and judges clash about the kidnapping of May and homicide of Cuén

Judicial authorities and the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) clashed yesterday over the cases of the alleged kidnapping of capo Ismael May Zambada and the murder of the former rector of the Autonomous University of Sinaloa, Héctor Melesio Cuén.
In the morning, in the first public conference of judges and magistrates, they sought to deny that federal judge Alejandro Alberto Díaz, of the Federal Criminal Justice Center of Culiacán, Sinaloa, refused to issue the arrest warrant against Joaquín Guzmán López, son of Joaquín El Chapo Guzmán, for the crimes of kidnapping Zambada and treason by handing him over to the United States, as the FGR stated on Sunday.

Regarding the murder of the former rector, according to the FGR, with expert evidence it confirmed that Melesio Cuén was murdered in the same place where the leader of the Sinaloa cartel was allegedly kidnapped, May Zambada.
“In relation to the discovery of blood evidence at the site of the possible kidnapping and that the statement indicates that they have been determined with complete precision, by the federal expert units, which correspond to the former rector…”, but the version contrasts with that of the state prosecutor’s office, in which he specified that after carrying out the genetic report, the conclusion was that those blood stains They do not coincide with Héctor Melesio Cuén

Yesterday, the FGR also refuted the judges, pointing out that as far as blood signs are concerned
