The Vente Venezuela liaison before the Primary Commission (CP), Perkins Rocha, stated that this tent has some conditions for the primaries: not having the CNE, the preparation of a comprehensive electoral registry and that they allow the disqualified to register. Already in May they had raised some points similar to the Unitary Platform
Perkins Rocha, lawyer and liaison for the political organization Vente Venezuela with the National Primary Commission (CP), revealed the three conditions that the political party set out in recent days for the primary process to be carried out smoothly and with the presence of the coordinator of that movement, María Corina Machado.
Rocha, in a video posted on social networks this Friday, December 2, he recalled that Machado met with cop and from said meeting came the request to guarantee the vote abroad; which was part of the first of the three points that Vente Venezuela demanded.
This guarantee of the vote for those who are outside should be backed, according to the lawyer, with the construction of a “comprehensive voter registry.” This, in the opinion of that organization, should consider new voters and people outside the country.
As a second point, he insisted that the National Electoral Council (CNE) not be considered as an entity to provide technical assistance in the primary process, since Vente Venezuela believes that, if it is a civil and citizen process that is against of those who hold power, that body should not participate because it is supposedly controlled by the rulers.

The third point exposed by Perkins Rocha talks about allowing the registration in the primaries of all those who want to participate in the election, including those who are disabled.
Along with this, he expressed that a list of 10 technical aspects such as equity in the participation of candidates in all media, the transparent choice of voting centers and the definition of financing standards were raised before the CP.
The lawyer Perkins Rocha clarified that there will be more reports from Vente Venezuela about the primaries.

At the meeting of Vente Venezuela and the CP, which took place on November 23, María Corina Machado stressed that voting abroad must be done only with the presentation of an identity document (identity card or passport). She also insisted that the election must be transparent, inclusive and efficient.
They also assured that the priority of these elections should be to promote the confidence of citizens, inside and outside the country, as well as of social organizations, candidates and the international community in this electoral event.
It is not the first time that Vente Venezuela conditions its participation in the opposition primaries. In mid-May, They said they agreed with the implementation of this mechanism to elect a unitary candidate but with certain conditions such as manual voting, that the candidate be really chosen by the Venezuelans and not by “domes” and that it be done quickly.
