This Friday, August 1, Simón Bolívar International Airport of Maiquetía received flight 53 of the Great Mission Return to the Homeland, with 207 Venezuelan migrants from Texas, United States (USA UU.), Which includes 160 men, 30 women, seven boys and 10 girls.
After their landing, citizens go through a migratory tunnel, where they are interviewed in order to review their situation. Subsequently, they receive attention from the State institutions and then be transferred to their homes.
This new arrival, achieved through the Bolivarian Government’s initiative with the return plan to the country as a key tool to facilitate the reunion of families and ensure worthy return conditions, is a reflection of the political will to guarantee rights, restore affective links of the Venezuelan family and reaffirm the executive’s commitment to their people.
The reception of the nationals is in charge of officials of the various citizen security agencies, such as the Corps of Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations (CICPC), Bolivarian National Intelligence Service (Sebin), Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), Bolivarian National Police Corps (CPNB), Civil Protection, among others.
