A group of Venezuelans beat and stoned a father and worker from a mobile phone company to death near his home in the town center of Mallaritos in the Marcavelica district, in the province of Sullana.
This is Rubén Alejandro Quevedo Nole, 33 years old, who was attacked by a mob of more than five Venezuelans who arrived with sticks and stones to the Amazonas sector, for reasons that the Police have been investigating.
After that, the neighbors came out to complain about what had happened, generating another brawl in the street, where the foreigners who lived in the area confronted the locals with stones and sticks. Given this, the Police arrived and carried out the procedures in this regard.
Given what happened, Quevedo went to his home to recover from the blows he had suffered, thinking that they were not serious, but early yesterday morning, his health began to worsen.
Given this, he was transferred to the Marcavelica health center, but then he was transferred to the Support Hospital II-2 on Santa Rosa Avenue, where unfortunately he ceased to exist.

“What we ask for is justice. We want you to help us to clarify this. I don’t know why these men attacked him,” said Paola Sosa, the victim’s wife.
Neighbors point out that the aggressors are some Venezuelans who live a few meters from where the attack occurred. Even yesterday, after Quevedo’s death, several foreigners left the houses they rented and decided to leave the area hastily, without the police being able to intervene.
Likewise, neighbors went to where the foreigners reside and protested with signs, demanding justice and that they leave Mallaritos.
“We don’t want any Venezuelans in our town. In addition, we ask that the Police capture Rubén’s murderers,” said a resident.
