A total of 2 million 33 thousand 883 people have been trained throughout Venezuela in terms of popular planning, as reported by the Sectoral Vice President of Planning, Ricardo Menendezduring a massive training session called “Bolivarian Geopolitics of Integration”.
“We are talking about a deep vision of the contribution by the construction of the scientific method on the path of socialism; articulation with the popular power for a change in the methods [de trabajo]”, expressed Menéndez, while pointing out that these conferences have a strategic vision framed in the 3R.Nets.
The Minister of Planning also stressed that the socialist system is based on the recognition of people as actors and protagonists of the processes for the construction of direct democracy in our country. “Socialism is a government system that has the people as a great protagonist and great executor of the different doctrines”, he said.
He indicated that the homeland plan It has an international component, based on “the vision of decolonizing the economy, decolonizing the teaching processes in our educational system, elements that are key to the transition to Socialism.”
For his part, the president of the Venezuelan School of Planning, Ricardo Molina, assured that these conferences provide tools for planning from the communities. “Having that knowledge in our domain is part of our sovereignty to continue building the socialist homeland,” she said.
