During the mobilization held this Monday in the city of Caracas in commemoration of the birth of revolutionary leader Robert Serra, vice president of Social and Territorial Socialism, Mervin Maldonado invited the young people to continue fighting and fighting to continue defending the Homeland with the ideals outlined by Commander Hugo Chávez.

For her part, the Minister of Popular Power for Education, Yelitze Santaella, He affirmed that education is the fundamental motor for the development of the peoples, “young people, feel the pride of being building the present and the future of the Homeland.”
This Monday, young people gathered in the streets of Caracas to mobilize in defense of the Revolution and in honor of the leader Robert Serra, who in life stood out for his courage and gallantry.
Serra was a lawyer, graduated from the Andrés Bello Catholic University (UCAB) and with a postgraduate degree in Criminalistics. At 23 years old, he already exhibited great political and social experience, as a youth councilor in the Children’s and Youth Council of the Bolivarian Libertador municipality, of which he assumed the presidency.
He was part of the Presidential Commission of the Popular Student Power, with direct responsibility for the states of Anzoátegui, Zulia and Falcón. From there, he was appointed responsible for the youth of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (JPSUV) in Caracas.
