The request was made through a lawyer for the crew, Hernán Carluccio, who filed a brief before the federal judge Federico Villena, in charge of the case, arguing that “it lacks interest for the investigation after the raids and supervised carried out” .

According to the Argentine media, the document specifies that the Venezuelan-Iranian plane “no longer plays any relevant role in the investigation, because various inspections and raids were carried out on it.”
