Venezuelan Prison Observatory denounced mutiny in PNB dungeon in Carabobo

The Venezuelan Prison Observatory (OVP) denounced that this Sunday, May 1, a a riot in the dungeons Bolivarian National Police (PNB) in the state Carabobo.
