The Venezuelan people are mobilizing this Saturday in solidarity with Palestine and Lebanon, in a rally that will take place in the Generalissimo Francisco de Miranda Park at 9:00 in the morning, and then march to the United Nations headquarters. In this regard, the coordinator of the Palestine Solidarity Platform, Hindu Anderistated that they will raise their voices “against the genocide, for respect for the lives of the Palestinians, of the people of Lebanon.”
The Palestinian ambassador to Venezuela, Fadi Alzabenhighlighted that president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro“was one of the first leaders in the world to send a humanitarian aid plane to the Gaza Strip to alleviate the suffering of our people.”
This was communicated by the Palestinian diplomat in statements to the media after an activity at the headquarters of the Venezuelan Foreign Ministry, in which he expressed his gratitude to Venezuela and the Bolivarian Revolution, “for not leaving us alone, we always feel accompanied; thanks to the unconditional support from the government and the Bolivarian people.”
The national government has criticized the inaction shown by the United Nations Security Council to prevent the Israeli attacks in Gaza and Lebanon, which have left more than 41 thousand people dead.
