Israel’s concern is based on historical background, since on two occasions the Jewish community in Argentina was the victim of attacks attributed to Iranian terrorist groups: in 1992 against the Israeli Embassy in Buenos Aires and in 1994 against the Israeli Mutual Association. Uruguay responds
