Venezuelan government appreciates support from Honduras after US signs

The Minister of Popular Power for Foreign Relations, Yván Gil expressed, on behalf of President Nicolás Maduro and the Venezuelan people, “the most sincere thanks to the Honduras government for its categorical rejection of the unfounded accusations against our country.”

Through his official Telegram account, Minister Gil stressed that “his solidarity and respect for self -determination and international law are a testimony of the strong ties that unite our nations.”

The Honduran president, Xiomara Castro, through her social networks, said that “the state of Honduras categorically rejects the accusations made against President Nicolás Maduro and manifests his full solidarity with the people of Venezuela and its president in the face of the unfounded attacks of which it is now the object. We reaffirm our unrestricted respect for the self -determination of peoples and international law »
