Venezuela will participate in the Ibero-American Summit

A delegation from Venezuela will participate in the XXVIII Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government, which will take place in the Dominican Republic, between March 24 and 25.

The delegation is headed by the Vice Minister for Multilateral Issues of the People’s Power Ministry for Foreign Relations of Venezuela, Rubén Darío Molina.

According to a press release from Chancellerythe Venezuelan delegation actively participates in the construction and negotiations of the documents that will be approved by consensus of the Heads of State and Government.

The meeting seeks to promote and strengthen cooperation in the Ibero-American space, focusing its efforts on positively benefiting the peoples that comprise it.

22 countries participate in this conference: Andorra, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Chile, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Spain, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Uruguay and Venezuela.

In addition, the first day of the XVI Ibero-American Business Meeting is scheduled, in which the Latin American Economic Outlook 2022 report will be presented, at the Sansoucí Convention Center.
