Venezuela welcomes the demonstration in front of the White House, where they demand an end to interventionism and wars against other countries, while the American people still face the lack of access to free health services and other fundamental rights.
“On behalf of President Nicolás Maduro, we salute this brave demonstration in front of the White House, where the cessation of interventionism and wars against other countries is demanded,” this is how the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yván Gil, expressed it through a publication on his Telegram channel.
Gil highlighted that the American people themselves denounce the war machine of the United States Government, which diverts funds that should go to social programs for their own population.
He said that the US uses the resources to finance the sending of troops and warships to the Caribbean and threatens the territorial sovereignty of Venezuela, with the aim of taking over our natural resources.
