The blackout was registered in the capital, Caracas, and also in the center and west of the country in places like Zulia, Miranda, Aragua, Apure, Bolívar, Táchira and other regions.
By dawn there was already electricity supply again in most of the states and the government denounced that it was “an attack on the national electricity system.”
