Freddy Ñáñez, Minister of Communication, reported this Tuesday that the country registered 72 new coronavirus infections, all by community transmission.

In the balance offered by Twitter, said that these community cases are located in the following states: Lara 17; Miranda 17; Aragua 16; Rush 6; Caracas 4, among others.

With the data, Venezuela reaches a total of 521,618 confirmed cases, 1,633 active cases and 514,288 recovered people, which represents 99% of infections

“To date we have 417 patients who are asymptomatic, 744 with mild acute respiratory failure, 361 with moderate acute respiratory failure and 111 in the Intensive Care Unit,” he said.

The official also reported that 1 57-year-old man died in Carabobo state, to reach 5,697 in the national territory. “Condolences to his family and relatives,” he said on Twitter.
