The Minister of Communication and Information of the Nicolás Maduro regime, Freddy Ñáñez, issued this Friday the usual daily report on the cases of covid-19 in the country during the last 24 hours.

In the count, the government representative pointed out that 238 of the total reported cases correspond to community infections, with the most affected states being Yaracuy (59), Zulia (57), Capital District (50), Lara (27) and Miranda ( 2. 3).

He indicated that two cases “from Turkey” were detected at the Comprehensive Social Care Post of the Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía, Vargas state.

In the same way, the Chavista minister reported the death of one person from the disease “a 38-year-old woman in the state of Bolívar”, so that, 838 days after the start of the pandemic in the country, 5,734 are counted. deaths.

Ñáñez said that, of the 526,454 confirmed cases, 518,663 people have recovered, which represents 99% of the infections. “We have 2,057 active cases, 414 are being treated in the public health system, 89 in private clinics and 1,554 in supervised community care.”

“To date we have 1,282 patients who are asymptomatic, 632 with mild Acute Respiratory Failure, 107 with Moderate Acute Respiratory Failure and 36 in the Intensive Care Unit,” he said in another message.
