Venezuela registers 125 new cases and one deceased by covid-19 this #5Apr

Regarding the cases of covid-19 registered in the state of Apure, the also Minister of Economy indicated that two of her seven municipalities were affected by the spread of the virus, the most affected being San Fernando.


Executive Vice President Delcy Rodríguez made this Tuesday, April 5, the usual report on the situation of covid-19 in the country, where she announced the detection of 125 new cases during the last 24 hours, to reach 521,030 infections since the start of the pandemic in March 2020.

During his daily report, Rodríguez pointed out that the total number of reported cases correspond to community infections, with the most affected states being Apure (26), Miranda (17), Vargas (16), Lara (14) and the Capital District (12).

“Zulia with 10; Anzoátegui with seven; Sucre with five; Aragua with four; Nueva Esparta and Bolívar with three; Cojedes, Portuguesa and Falcón with two cases each; Monagas and Guárico with one”, he pointed out. Delcy Rodriguez on your Twitter social network account.

Regarding the cases of covid-19 registered in the state of Apure, the also Minister of Economy indicated that two of her seven municipalities were affected by the spread of the virus, the hardest hit being San Fernando (25).

During the day of this Tuesday, April 5, one deceased was recorded, which raises the global number of deaths in the 751 days that the country has been fighting the pandemic to 5,688.

Aragua: an 81-year-old man

He specified that of the 521,030 cases of covid-19 detected so far, some 513,671 have been recovered, which is equivalent to 99%; to which he added that 1,671 cases are active.

“890 people are hospitalized in the public health system, 153 cases are treated in private clinics, while 628 are under supervised community care.”
