Venezuela’s willingness to peaceful dialogue was reaffirmed this Saturday by the Foreign Minister of the Republic, Félix Plasencia, to the High Representative of the European Union (EU) for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, at a meeting held in the city of Antalya, located in Turkey.
The meeting took place in a pleasant and cordial atmosphere, an action that ratifies the principles of the Bolivarian Diplomacy of Peace, oriented towards respect for the self-determination of peoples and the promotion of the multicentric and multipolar world.
During the meeting with the High Representative of the EU, Foreign Minister Plasencia reiterated Venezuela’s demand to lift the unilateral coercive measures that affect the full enjoyment of the fundamental rights of the people.
The dialogue between Plasencia and Borrell took place in the context of the II Antalya Diplomatic Forum, which will be in session until this Sunday, March 13 under the slogan “Recodification of Diplomacy” with the purpose of outlining new strategies that allow facing problems on the global agenda. and move towards peace, solidarity and multilateralism.
