The information was released by the Venezuelan embassy in India, through its account on the social network Twitter, detailing the meeting between Deputy Minister Masea and the general director of the ISA, Ajay Mathur, whom she thanked for support for the incorporation of the country “into important technical cooperation programs”.

The International Solar Alliance (ISA) was launched in November 2015 by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and former French President Francois Hollande during the 2015 United Nations (UN) climate summit in Paris. .
