Venezuela participates this Monday in the 216th Session of the Executive Council of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (Unesco), for its acronym in English), a scenario in which he will ratify his rejection of the coercive measures imposed by the United States, USA, and will raise his voice to demand that resources be allocated to the peoples and not to wars.
The information was released, through his Twitter account, by the permanent representative of Venezuela to Unesco, Rodulfo Pérez, who specified that the Bolivarian Republic is participating in the session of the Council of the Unesco which is carried out at the headquarters in Paris, France.
“Our people get ahead despite the attacks and abuses of the powerful,” Pérez stressed.

Peoples need to exercise their rights
Prior to the Unesco session, Ambassador Rodulfo Pérez highlighted in his account on the social network that “the world deficit of resources for Education exceeds 100 billion euros.”
In this sense, he stressed and denounced that there are peoples of the world such as Africa that need those resources that are destined for wars.
“The #UNESCO #Executive Council begins Just one piece of information: The world deficit of resources for #Education exceeds 100 billion euros. Only in #Africa needs 70 billion… People need to exercise their rights but the resources go to the #War,” he said on Twitter.
