Venezuela participates in the VIII Forum for Peace and Security in Africa that takes place this Tuesday in Diamdianio, about 36 kilometers from Dakar, the capital of Senegal.
The Venezuelan delegation present at the activity is headed by the Vice Minister for Africa, Yuri Pimentel, and the Ambassador of Venezuela in Cape VerdeAlexander Correa.
The information was released by the Embassy of Venezuela in Senegal, on its Twitter social network account, in which it published “In the framework of the 8th Forum for Peace and Security in Africa: Vice Minister Yuri Pimentel participates at the head of Venezuelan delegation in session dedicated to: Situation of the private sector in the construction of a new sovereignty in Africa».
Likewise, it is present in the Global Crises and Consolidation of Sovereignty panel.
The International Forum The Dakar Conference on Peace and Security in Africa annually brings together African heads of state and government, ministers, representatives of international organizations and experts.
This year the motto is Africa in the face of exogenous shocks: challenges of stability and sovereignty.
