The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela expresses a fraternal and warm greeting to the People and Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of successful bilateral relations between both countries.
As sister nations guided by the thoughts of leaders Hugo Chávez and Ho Chi Minh, who fought with determination and determination for the happiness of their people, we celebrate with deep affection another year of bilateral diplomacy, during which we have achieved enormous tangible benefits. and lasting over time.
The cooperation agenda between Vietnam and Venezuela has been and will always be focused on deepening integration between both peoples based on solidarity, peace and socio-economic development, and oriented towards the construction of free peoples organized and determined to succeed. .
