The Venezuelan government issued a statement to express its solidarity with the authorities and people of Nepal for the plane crash that occurred this Sunday, which left more than 70 deaths.
In the letter published by Foreign Minister Yván Gil, Venezuela reiterates its “deep feeling of solidarity with the Nepalese people and trusts in their courage and strength to overcome this painful moment.”

The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela expresses its most sincere words of condolences to the People and the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, for the human losses as a result of the plane crash that occurred in the surroundings of the city of Pokhara.
The Bolivarian Government transmits its words of comfort to the relatives and friends of the victims, and encourages the rescue efforts carried out by the emergency teams with the aim of attending to this fateful event.
The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela takes this opportunity to reiterate its deep feeling of solidarity with the Nepalese people and trusts in their courage and strength to overcome this painful moment.
