“Thanks to this first successful joint operation, the ship is sailing back to Venezuelan waters for its protection and relevant actions”, states the note.

President Donald Trump (of the United States) himself announced on his social network that, in coordination with the “interim authorities” of Venezuela, a tanker was seized that left the country without authorization.

“This tanker is now on its way back to Venezuela, and the oil will be sold through the Grand Energy Deal, which we created for this type of sale,” he wrote.

Opening of embassies

The joint operation took place on the same day that the interim president, Delcy Rodríguez, dealt with the “diplomatic process” for the opening of United States embassies.

“Its main objective is to reiterate our condemnation of the aggression suffered by our people,” he wrote. This Saturday (10), the armed intervention of the Americans (with the kidnapping and arrest of President Nicolás Maduro and the first lady, Cilia Flores), completes a week

She further considered that the response to the US intervention will be through diplomacy.

“We will use our Bolivarian peace diplomacy to defend stability, the future and our sacred sovereignty.”

Delcy Rodrigues stated that this will be the path “to protect the people and also to guarantee the return of President Nicolás Maduro and Cilia Flores”. She mentions that this will happen with “patience and strategic determination”.
