Venezuela and Turkey strengthen relations of friendship and solidarity

This Monday, the Foreign Minister of the Republic, Félix Plasencia, and the mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, held a meeting with the Turkish ambassador to the country, Sevki Mutevellioglu, in order to strengthen ties of cooperation and friendship.

“We held a very cordial working meeting this April 4 with the Turkish ambassador to the country, Sevki Mutevellioglu, and our Foreign Minister Félix Plasencia, at the Caracas Mayor’s Office. We continue to strengthen the cooperation route between both nations, “said Meléndez through his account on the social network Twitter.

Likewise, the Mayoress of Caracas highlighted the importance of the visit in order to strengthen the ties of friendship with that country.

“We are honored by this important visit, in which we have exchanged ideas and strengthened the ties of friendship and solidarity that unite us as brother countries,” he added.
