Venezuela and Russia strengthen cooperation agreements

During the Saint Petersburg Forum, Vice President Delcy Rodríguez held a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

Venezuela and Russia strengthen cooperation and brotherhood agreements, within the framework of the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum, which took place in the Russian city.

This, after a meeting that took place between the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov.

The vice president participated this Friday in the XXV St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, where he referred to the more than 14,000 sanctions imposed on Russia, more than half of them implemented from February to the current date.

It should be remembered that Vice President Rodríguez met on March 10 with Foreign Minister Lavrov, on the occasion of his participation in the II Diplomatic Forum of Antalya, Türkiye with the premise of drawing up joint actions to face the problems that occupy the global agenda, as well as reaffirming the principle of sovereign equality of States as a way to preserve balance for the sake of peace, refers press release from the Vice Presidency.
