Venezuela and Iran exchange proposals for the well-being of their peoples

Venezuela and Iran strengthen relations of friendship and cooperation after a meeting this Wednesday between the Mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, Mr. Hojjatollah Soltani, Head of Mission of the Embassy of Iran, and Mahmoud Karimi, Second Secretary.

The information was released by Meléndez through his account on the social network Twitter, in which he detailed “I had an honorable meeting with His Excellency Mr. Hojjatollah Soltani, Head of Mission of the Embassy of Iran and with Mahmoud Karimi, second Secretary, in which we have strengthened the relations of friendship and cooperation that unite our nations”.

He described that it was a “very pleasant conversation”, in which both countries exchanged common projects for the benefit of the peoples.

“It has been a very pleasant conversation, in which we have exchanged ideas, proposals and common projects for the well-being and growth of both peoples,” said Meléndez.

Venezuela and Iran maintain good relations and have deepened bilateral cooperation mechanisms, with the purpose of building routes and mechanisms that allow overcoming the unilateral coercive measures imposed by the Government of the United States and allied countries.
