Foreign Minister Carlos Faria and Iran’s ambassador to Venezuela, Hojjatolah Soltani, held a meeting on Wednesday to review the annual balance of agreements and bilateral agenda.
“With the spirit of brotherhood and cooperation of the Bolivarian Diplomacy, I held a pleasant meeting with the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Venezuela, Hojjatolah Soltani, in order to carry out the annual balance of the current agreements and the bilateral agenda,” he said. Faría on his account on the social network Twitter.
Both countries have been working on the Roadmap for Cooperation for the period 2022-2042, which includes the development of electrical, oil, health, culture, tourism, agriculture, transportation, and scientific and technological projects.
Also, in the multilateral arena with the solid alliances that Caracas and Tehran maintain within OPEC and the OPEC Declaration of Cooperation.
