This Sunday, the Vice Minister for Latin America and the Caribbean, Rander Peña, met with the Ambassador of the Republic of Honduras accredited to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Scarlet Romero.
The information was released by the vice chancellor through his account on the social network Twitter where he explained that during the meeting the comprehensive map of binational cooperation was reviewed, in addition to defining the next actions to strengthen the bilateral relationship.

The cooperation ties between Venezuela and Honduras have been characterized by respect and the anti-imperialist struggle. They also share their adherence to unionist blocs such as the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (Celac).
After three years of breaking off diplomatic relations, they were reestablished in January 2022, with the triumph of President Xiomara Castro, reports the website of the State channel.
