The Consulate of Venezuela in Quito and the Prefecture of Pichincha will celebrate this June 16 the 200th anniversary of the day that the Liberator Simón Bolívar met Manuelita Sáenz upon entering the city of Quito after being liberated from Spanish rule in the Battle of Pichincha , commanded by Antonio José de Sucre.

Orfeón Libertador will perform in Ecuador
