Venezuelan and Colombian authorities are looking for the criminal and murderer Oscar Enrique Guzmán Chirinos, alias “El Conas”, who has repeatedly threatened to kill senior officials of the national government, prosecutors, judges and police officers, the attorney general of the Republic, Tarek William Saab.
In a message posted on his account on the social network Twitter, Saab specified that the “convicted and confessed criminal” is wanted between Venezuela and Colombia.
He stressed that Guzmán Chirinos is a criminal with “a long record of criminal actions and murders,” who has even “threatened us with death directly on several occasions,” he added.
CICPC attentive to any information
For his part, the director of the Investigations, Scientific, Criminal and Criminalistics Corps (CICPC), Douglas Rico, indicated that he makes his social networks available for any information about the criminal and his accomplices.
Rico explained that Chirinos Guzmán, alias “El Conas” is a dangerous criminal from Zulia state, who is being investigated and requested for multiple crimes of extortion.
He also stressed that he has a red notification before the International Police Organization (Interpol) and has police records for homicide.
“We will work tirelessly until we achieve his prompt apprehension and bring peace of mind to the Zulian population,” said Douglas Rico.
