Venezuela and China strengthen cooperation in justice

The Ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in China, Giuseppe Yoffreda, met in the Asian nation with the Attorney General of the Asian country Ying Yong, with whom he reaffirmed the commitment to strengthen cooperation between that institution and its counterpart in Venezuela.

At the meeting, relevant aspects of human rights between the two countries were addressed and it was agreed to deepen bilateral ties, within the framework of the Comprehensive Strategic Association that unites the parties.

Venezuela and China have relaunched their bilateral relations this 2023, the year in which it will be 49 years since they established diplomatic relations.

Ambassador Giuseppe Yoffreda has been in the Asian country since last June, and since then he has established different approaches with productive sectors in China, within the framework of the agreements that unite the two countries.

On April 25, the Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, congratulated Ambassador Yoffreda Yorio, who presented his Credentials to Chinese President Xi Jinping.

Also last April, important agreements were established between the multi-state channel Telesur and the China Media Group, an appointment in which the Venezuelan ambassador represented national interests.
