Venezuela and China explore, advance and consolidate bilateral cooperation

Venezuela and China reaffirmed their willingness to continue the work of cooperationwith the aim of exploring, advancing and consolidating the agreements for the benefit of both peoples, highlighted the Foreign Minister of the Republic, Yván Gil.

In a message posted on his account on the social network Twitter, Gil indicated that this Thursday he held a meeting with the ambassador of the People’s Republic of China in Venezuela, Li Baorong, with whom he reviewed the cooperation agreements between the two countries.

Likewise, Foreign Minister Yván Gil highlighted that Venezuela and China maintain relations of Brotherhood that have been consolidated thanks to the Bolivarian Peace Diplomacy, a fundamental policy of the national government led by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

“With the spirit of brotherhood of the Bolivarian DiplomacyI held a meeting with the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of #China in Venezuela, Li Baorong, in which we reaffirmed the will to continue working to explore, advance and consolidate agreements in favor of our peoples,” he published.

Venezuela and China relationship

Venezuela and China have maintained a broad and strategic cooperative relationship and brotherhood, which has materialized with more than 600 joint projects for the benefit of both nations.

The cooperation projects maintained by both countries cover areas such as: economy, industry, housing, agriculture, technology, transportation, trade, defense, among others.

Likewise, the bilateral relations They are based on the principles of non-intervention by States, rejection of hegemonic dominations, respect for the self-determination of peoples, world cooperation and peace among peoples, reports information from the Venezuelan Foreign Ministry.
