This Friday, December 27, a meeting was held between the ambassador of the People’s Republic of China, Lan Hu, and the vice minister for Asia, the Middle East and Oceania of the Ministry of People’s Power for Foreign Affairs, Tatiana Pugh, in order to evaluate the binational relations that were described as positive.
The meeting was at the headquarters of the Casa Amarilla Antonio José de Sucre, in Caracas, according to information from the Foreign Ministry’s Instagram account.
During the meeting they talked about the prospects for the year 2025 and progress in the areas of economic, financial, commercial, tourism, agricultural, cultural, social, scientific and technological exchange, AVN says.
In addition, Ambassador Lan Hu and Vice Minister Tatiana Pugh calibrated the achievements achieved in this year 2024, in the context of the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
Regarding international issues, the authorities agreed to condemn foreign interference in internal affairs, as well as support for respect for sovereignty and international law, in addition to the absolute rejection of Unilateral Coercive Measures.
