Venezolana is accused of involuntary homicide in Texas for causing the death of an aspiring cadet

A Venezuelan migrant was formally accused of involuntary homicide this Friday for the death of Ava Moore, 18 years old, who He died after being overwhelmed by an aquatic motorcycle at Lake Grapevine in Texas on May 25.
