The sector vice president for Citizen Security and Peace, A/J Remigio Ceballos Ichaso, reported that the VEN 911 Control, Command and Telecommunications Center is present in more than 2,300 Peace Quadrants and works jointly with the Preventive Front, Social Articulation , Immediate Response Units and the country’s police bodies, for the protection of the Venezuelan people.
“Our VEN 911 is a great receiving body for emergencies, for the attention and response to citizens. It is an achievement that the app has more than 100,000 users, because they trust the response we provide from the application that is attended by you, workers of this institution, ”he said.
During the closure of the 1st Symposium on the Functional Spectrum of the VEN 911 Control, Command and Telecommunications Centers, he highlighted that, to date, the country has 26 Control, Command and Telecommunications Centers, but that work is being done to reach the goal of 40 venues, in order to fully serve the public.
Ceballos Ichaso, stressed that this meeting of experts, in matters of citizen care, is a service directly linked to the Peace Quadrants, for the care of Venezuelans.
