Velázquez responds to his alleged links with Hezbollah

Vice President Hugo Velázquez assured 1000 AM that the accusations are an attempt to divert attention from the case of the Iranian plane carrying Tabesa cigarettes.

He spoke about the publications about his alleged links with Hezbollah and explained to 1000 AM that he went to Lebanon as part of a delegation of eight deputies that traveled to that country invited by its parliament in 2015.

He also pointed out that the photos of him made public are from the official Lebanese media, and that the image of a person that the media points to as the leader of Hezbollah turned out to be an Islamic religious singer.
