Santo Domingo.—The emergency operations center (COE) issued a Green alert For him National District and the provinces Santo Domingo and San Pedro de Macorís, given the influence of a trough that will generate strong downpours and possible floods in the region.

  2. Do not travel through flooded streets or risk areas.

The Green alert It is the first of four levels of preventive warning and means that the population must remain in a state of attention due to the possibility of adverse phenomena, without until now catastrophic damage.
