Precipitation will be concentrated in provinces such as El Seibo, Hato Mayor, Samaná, Monte Plata, Sánchez Ramírez, María Trinidad Sánchez, Mirabal Sisters, Espaillat, Duarte, Dajabón, Monte Cristi, Valverde, Puerto Plata, La Vega, Monsignor Nouel, Santiago, San Juan, Elías Piña and Independencein addition to other areas of the Caribbean coast.
According to the agency, these conditions are due to the incidence of a Vaguada and the humidity that drags the warm wind from the southeast.
