Vaca Díaz arrived at Tahuichi to deepen Blooming’s results crisis. The Pandinos, this Tuesday, surprised by beating the Cruceña academy 1-2 on the first date of the Professional Division Cup, which started in the capital of Santa Cruz.
The goals for Vaca Díez were scored by Mizael Pinto (66′) and Juan ‘Chicho’ Vogliotti (72′). Discounted for Blooming Gastón Rodríguez (101′) from a penalty kick.
In the first time, Vaca Díez went deeper than Blooming. The Pandino team was able to go to rest with a favorable result, but their players missed the dangerous plays that they generated in the goal of Braulio Uraezaña.
The Brazilian Juan Douglas Teles, Fernando Taborga and Pinto himself were close to opening the scoring, but they failed in the definition. For their part, Blooming’s forwards (Rodríguez and Arismendi) prowled the large area, but were postponed in the last installment. The only shot on goal defended by Israel Peña was from Pedro, Siles, in the discounts of the initial stage.
Around the locker room, those led by Thiago Leitao gave the impression that they were taking Vaca Díez ahead, but none of that happened. At 46 minutes, Rodríguez finished off violently, which the goalkeeper Peña rebounded. The ball was left to César Menacho, who failed to direct a good header, so the ball went over the end line.
three minutes later, Rodríguez once again got within range of goal, but it took a couple of fractions of seconds, enough for the center-back Rodrigo Morales to cross in time and block the shot.
After that couple of good deeds, Blooming went back to the old script. Parsimonious, without ideas in the midfield and with few arrivals to the Pandino arcproduct of the few balls recovered in the middle sector, where offensive football is generated.
At 66 minutes, the first Pandino hit came from a stopped ball. After a corner kick, Pinto rose and with a clean header he defeated Uraezaña, who went out to look for the ball at the wrong time. It was 0-1 and the whistles began to come down from the stands.
Six minutes later, Vogliotti (72′), who had come on for the Brazilian Teles, made it 0-2 with a crossover finish. In the previous play, the Argentine teamed up on the left with Taborga, who with a heel shot dislodged Jorge Lovera and Óscar Ribera. The defenders did not have a good production. After the goal, Leitao replaced Ribera with Miguel Becerra.
After the second goal, the sky-blues had no reaction and the visit played the last few minutes at will. To decorate the scoreboard, referee José Jordán awarded a penalty in favor of Blooming, which Rodríguez exchanged for a goal after 101 minutes of play.
After the celestial discount (1-2) the bitter celestial night ended. As if that were not enough, the fans who attended the Tahuichi ended up applauding Vaca Díez, who recognized him as the fair winner.
