The Supreme Court of Justice of (CSJ) United States (USA) ordered the administration of Donald Trump temporarily suspending the deportations of Venezuelan migrants who are under “migratory custody” in detention centers.
The decision issued this Saturday is taken by the High American Court, after lawyers of the American Union of Civil Liberties (ACLU) act alleging that Venezuelan migrants ran an imminent risk of being deported without the judicial review previously ordered by judges, he refers portal of Telesur.
The dispute focuses on dozens of migrants held in the Bluebonnet detention center in Anson, Texas, who would be deported under the law of foreign enemies of 1798.
Currently, at least 238 Venezuelan citizens are illegally imprisoned in El Salvador, after being deported from the United States under the false accusation of being members of the extinct Train organization of Aragua.
However, Venezuelans who have been accused of belonging to the Aragua Train do not have a criminal record and more than 238 have been taken to prisons El Salvador based on they have tattoos. This has been strongly questioned since no person can be penalized in a country in which he has committed the crime. It should be noted that according to the information released by relatives of migrants, none had been before in the Central American country, which transforms detention into a kidnapping.
As a new report from the United States National Intelligence Council categorically denies any connection between the Government of Nicolás Maduro and the extinct criminal group known as «Aragua Train»which contradicts the central argument used by the Trump administration to justify mass deportations of Venezuelan migrants without legal guarantees.
It is estimated that 350,000 migrants are at risk of being deported since President Donald Trump has invoked the law of foreign enemies of 1798.
