The President of the Republic, Mario Abdo Benítez, gave its constitutional agreement to Gustavo Santander for a new minister of the Supreme Court of Justice.

The oath of the future minister will be taking place next Monday, at 09:00, at the headquarters of Congress.
Santander was elected by the Senate to occupy the Supreme Court of Justice in replacement of Antonio Fretes, who reached retirement when he turned 75 years old.
In statements to the Fuego Cruzado program of the GEN channel, Santander said that theThere is a low level of credibility in terms of justice bodies, which is due to corruption and late payment.
