President Mario Abdo Benítez signed the agreement for Gustavo Santander Dans to become the new Minister of the Court, confirmed the Chief of Staff of the Executive, Hernán Huttemann.
The President of the Republic, Mario Abdo Benítez, gave its constitutional agreement to Gustavo Santander for a new minister of the Supreme Court of Justice.
“We communicate this to the Senate and they will have to perform the act of taking the oath,” reported today the Chief of Staff of the Executive, Hernán Huttemann.
The oath of the future minister will be taking place next Monday, at 09:00, at the headquarters of Congress.

Santander was elected by the Senate to occupy the Supreme Court of Justice in replacement of Antonio Fretes, who reached retirement when he turned 75 years old.
