That was below the previous record low for U.S. crude oil imports from Mexico of 149,000 bpd in the week ending Jan. 31, 2025.
In the seven-day period ending Nov. 28, stockpiles increased by about 600,000 barrels, while analysts expected a reduction of about two million barrels, according to the median of expert opinions collected by Bloomberg.
Stocks stood at 427.5 million barrels.
US production remained stable, at 13.81 million barrels per day, and refineries operated at 94.1% of their capacity, compared to 92.3% the previous week.
