Cuban Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Carlos Fernández de Cossío spoke today in Havana on migration and consular issues with the Assistant Secretary for Consular Affairs of the United States, Rena Bitter, and the director of Citizenship and Immigration Services, Ur Mendoza Jaddou.
