The URSEA presented this Friday, May 27, its price projection based on the Import Parity Price (PPI) corresponding to the period from April 26 to May 25, 2022 and which should take effect from June 1, 2022.
According to the agency, the price of Premium gasoline should increase 7.16%, and the increase in Super 95 gasoline should be 6.82%, so it would cost 85.79 pesos per liter, which will represent an increase of more than six pesos (currently it is 79.38 pesos).
While diesel 50S should increase its value by 10.75 pesos by 4.61%, so it would go from the current 61.99 pesos to cost 72.74 pesos per liter.
However, in the case of supergas, a reduction of 2.97% is provided. Currently the price is 36.08 pesos per liter, so it should cost 37.18 pesos from June.
Starting June 1
Based on the URSEA report, the Executive Power must analyze the new fuel values in a meeting with the Ministries of Economy and Industry.
The decree would be known on May 31 and would begin to take effect on Wednesday, June 1.
