In the midst of this situation, former President Álvaro Uribe had his encounters with Petro, whom he questioned about wanting to divert attention from infiltration to Federico Gutiérrez’s campaign, accusing the Democratic Center party of colluding with the La Cordillera criminal gang to attack his life.
“Petro penetrates campaigns, with a lot of art they mark coffins with their own name, and they cover everything accusing our party of wanting to assassinate him. He forgot that with our democratic security we protected him for 8 years,” Uribe said in a video.
Now, a couple of days after this situation, The former president wrote on his Twitter account a situation that has to do with the security of Federico Gutiérrez.
“Be careful with the security of Dr. Federico Gutiérrez, serious information reaches those of us who have suffered so many attacks,” the former president wrote.
