As they denounce, “this has already become a problem every fortnight,” just when thousands of Colombians receive their salaries.

Many report that the App on mobile phones reports “communication error” and error 382, but the virtual branch is also failing.
“I have been trying to make a payment for four hours” and it has not been possible.
This is a vital date, not only for the payment of fortnights, but also because it is the day on which payments for different services are due and must be made to avoid late fees.
Has not responded from Bancolombia
Faced with the series of claims, from the banking entity that today is a trend in social networks, it has not responded to what happens again with this failure.
However, every time its virtual platform goes down, the response to its customers is that if they need to make a transaction, they have their purchases enabled with due and credit cards, in addition to withdrawals at their ATMs and correspondents.
If they have responded to some users on networks, it is that “we continue working for you and we will rest until we restore the rest of our services that have problems.”
However, many correspondents are not open on weekends, and not all ATMs are working properly, either because they are out of service or have already run out of money.
In addition, many barely got paid Friday night or very early this Saturday, and must make payments virtually as there are no open bank branches.
