Until June 8, some 562,341 doses against influenza have been applied

The Ministry of Health (Minsa) through the Expanded Immunization Program (PAI) reported that, until June 8, 562,341 doses against influenza have been applied nationwide, in sessions held at the Ministry of Health (Minsa) as in the Social Security Fund (CSS).

The report details that the MINSA has applied 414,413 doses against the Influenza virus while the CSS has applied 147,928 doses against this virus.

The report also indicates that the three (3) Health regions that have vaccinated the most people against the influenza virus are the Panama Metro Region with 139,898 doses applied to date; the Chiriquí Region with 75,499 and the West Panama Region with 47,779 immunized people.

For its part, Coclé reaches a total of 43,774 doses of influenza vaccines applied; San Miguelito 38,056 doses; followed by the Gnäbe Buglé region with 32,366 doses applied; Bocas del Toro with 29,965 doses applied; the Veraguas region with 25,943 doses; Colón with 24,549 applied doses; East Panama with 23,688 doses, Herrera with 23,650 applied doses; Los Santos with 15,987 doses.

The regions with the least applied doses are the North Panama Region with 14,540 applied doses; Darién with 14,245 doses and the Guna Yala region with 12,402 doses.
