The Organizing Commission of the Judicial Choice reported different advances in the preparation of these elections, among which it is highlighted that at the time they are already located – with surplus – citizens who will be trained to be officials of the sectional boxes.
There are also 107 thousand requests of people who intend to be electoral observers, of which – once the mandatory course – 11 thousand 434 accreditations have been issued so far, most in favor of young adults. The number of applications is not precedent: 3,75 procedures per day on average.
In principle, the Commission reported the hiring of all the electoral trainers and supervisors necessary to locate and prepare the potential box officials.
With April 9 cut, practically 100 percent of the required people were hired at national scale: 3,562 supervisors and 21,350 trainers (there are four vacancies).
On March 31, the first training stage concluded: 99.99 percent of insaculated citizens were visited; 54 percent of the citizens visited were notified, while 1.8 million of them met the requirements to be officials of the Board of Directors of Casilla, that is, 231.89 percent of the requirements

On April 7, the second insaculation of citizens was made in the 300 district boards of the National Electoral Institute (INE) and the respective appointment will be issued in order to initiate the specific training and the drills.
The Organizing Commission also evaluated the production of the 29 computer systems for this election, of which 19 have been put into operation, including the aforementioned second insaculation, and the monitoring of field activities.
At the organization’s scale it was reported that of the 345 scheduled activities (preparations for before, during and after the elections), 152 have completed, 105 are in execution and 88 are about to start.
Of those that are ongoing, 99 are made in time and six with lag, according to the scheduled dates. No activity is reported at risk of its conclusion

Lists, tickets of three of six elections
As for the production of tickets and the rest of documentation and electoral materials, the report indicates that with a cut last March 30, the election of the choice of ministers are ready and are in the distribution center.
The production of the magistrates of the Court of Judicial Discipline was also concluded, of which it only remains to send 40 percent of the ballots to the distribution center. Meanwhile, those of the Superior Chamber of the Electoral Court of the Judicial Power of the Federation (TEPJF), are in packaging.
The production of ballots for regional magistrates of the TEPJF goes to 55 percent. It is estimated that the beginning of the production of tickets from the two remaining elections (circuit magistrates and district judges) be in the second week of April.
